Service Description

Group Coaching is a model that allows us to go through the coaching process as a team, meeting bi-weekly and working through obstacles while creating alignment and setting goals. In this model, irons sharpens iron, so you get the best of both worlds! The group Coaching Program will be a total of 6 months with each month focusing on a different aspect of growth. Each Coaching session will have accompanying materials as an extension of the learning process. There will be three 60 minute meetings a month. Week 1: Coaching on Material Provided Week 2: Live Q&A Week 3: Coaching on Material Provided Week 4: Off Week to Work, Rest and Recover Group Coaching Outline is as follows: Month 1: Who am I, No Really Month 2: What do I Want and What's Standing in my Way Month 3: Finding My Purpose and Living In It Month 4: Setting My Intentions and Planning Done Right Month 5: Navigating the World on My Terms Month 6: New Me, Who This, Accountability at it's Finest! This group is a BETA TEST meaning the price will increase after completing our first cycle!
